This course will:
Deliver personalised professional learning for subject leaders in your school. The course will be delivered with knowledge of your school and its priorities. It will support subject leaders to lead robust curriculum design and development and grow their capacity to work with departmental colleagues
Help to ensure effective and robust line management and professional development of teaching staff. Subject leaders will be encouraged to consider, and strategically plan for, the professional needs of colleagues.
Support your school in implementing workload reduction strategies. Subject leaders will consider the importance of strategic planning to inform staff and curriculum development.

Catherine Priggs
Catherine has extensive experience in supporting subject leaders. She has worked as a Specialist Leader of Education, supporting subject leaders beyond her setting, and has been commissioned to support subject leaders in a range of schools and across multi-academy trusts. She is one of a group of leaders who support subject leaders nationally and internationally for her subject association.
