School support

I draw from extensive experience in the education sector in a diverse range of schools with varying contexts. My roles have spanned senior and subject leadership, providing me with invaluable insights into highly effective educational practice. My tenure as Director of a Teaching School, specialising in school-to-school support, further enriches my expertise and commitment to supporting a wide range of settings.

 

I have been routinely deployed to schools since 2014 as a Specialist Leader of Education and since 2019 as a freelance education consultant. Previous projects include:

  • Review of progress, attainment, and enrichment for pupils with high prior attainment (eight visits across two months)

  • Review of whole-school curriculum provision (four days across two weeks)

  • Whole-school review of finances (one week)

  • Curriculum and leadership support for history subject teams (multiple schools across a multi-academy trust; three weeks across one term)

  • Support for planning and implementation of NEA - A Level History (five visits across one month)
